She is a trained legal practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree at Birmingham University from where she proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has decades of work experience, over (30 years), as a legal practioner and Administrator, in various renowned local and international organisations such as Coopers and Lybrand, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria, Sirpi Alusteel amongst others. A partner of Allagoa & Allagoa Barristers and Solicitors, a director in A & AL Services Ltd, Intra Africa Consultants Ltd and also Mingi Farms, she is an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills. She has a proven career track of making positive, organizational change, increasing employee satisfaction and retention.
